Quality Assurance and Testing.

Our methodology prescribes the standards and procedures necessary to ensure the delivery of quality products. This methodology has been developed using rigorous needs analysis and testing techniques, and is produced as part of a planned and well-managed implementation process. Usability testing is carried out on all prototype documentation and training materials prior to commencement of production. Where applicable, a test simulation is developed using a test group of users in a controlled environment. Results of this exercise are used for final modification and validation. Our standardised approach provides consistency for our clients and their systems suppliers. The content definition of our test documents can serve as a checklist for the testing process. The high visibility of our approach to each phase of the testing process ensures increased manageability. Our extensive use of entry and exit criteria for each phase of the business initiative/product development life-cycle provides an excellent quality assurance approach from which to measure progress.
